Cody Slater, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Slater founded BW Technologies (now a subsidiary of Honeywell) in 1986, a global manufacturer of industrial and commercial gas detection devices with a product line of more than 30 unique instruments. From the Calgary head office, Mr. Slater grew the company's operations to include offices throughout the world. Mr. Slater's impact on one of the country's Fastest Growing Technology companies was well recognized. Mr. Slater's achievements have garnered numerous awards including Canada's Top 40 Under 40, Alberta's Most Influential Top 50 People, Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Certificate of Merit for Business Excellence by Industry, Science, and Technology Canada.

Clark Swanson, President and Director
Mr. Swanson, previously held an executive position for SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc., a global software firm headquartered in Redmond, Washington. Mr. Swanson has also served as Executive Vice President of Universal Studios based, White Eagle Productions, and Director of Immedient Corporation, a software services company headquartered in Mountain View, California. Mr. Swanson holds a degree in Economics from Pepperdine University and also graduated honors from the Graziadio School of Business & Management with an MBA, emphasis in Finance.

Peter Dorrius, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dorrius is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of professional accounting experience: 3 years in external audit in Canada and 10 years in industry at high-tech companies in San Jose, California and Calgary, Canada. Mr. Dorrius has excellent knowledge of processes, procedures and controls, financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley best practices, documentation and testing, and internal reporting. Mr. Dorrius' most recent experience was serving as a Financial Consultant and company Controller for Smart Technologies.

Kevin Meyers, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Meyers, currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer with Blackline GPS, after joining the company from his position of VP of Operations at Imaging Dynamics Corporation ("IDC"), a publicly listed company on the Toronto Venture Exchange. Prior to IDC, Kevin worked as the VP of Operations for BW Technologies, Ltd for 8 years. BW Technologies was formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange before its acquisition by First Technology (2004) and finally Honeywell (2006). Kevin was instrumental in bringing new technologies in house to reduce cost and improve margins on several of their product lines.

Brendon Cook, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Cook, was awarded a B.Sc. in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary. Prior to founding BlackLine GPS Inc. in 2004, Mr. Cook worked for Calgary-based CSI Wireless Inc. (now Hemisphere GPS Inc.) as its Product and Marketing Manager and developed business relationships with various international organizations. At CSI Wireless Inc., Mr. Cook managed the company's precision product portfolio and was responsible for the market analysis, generating market analysis, generating market direction, defining new products, and assisted with managing the company's productâ¨development program.

Barry Moore, Vice President of Research and Development
Mr. Moore, currently holds an executive position as Vice President of Product Development of BlackLine. He has also served as Vice President of Product Development for BW Technologies, Ltd., formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange prior to its acquisition. Mr. Moore holds a diploma in Industrial Design from Fanshawe College in London Ontario.

Bernadette Geronazzo, Public & Investor Relations Manager
Ms. Geronazzo is an Accredited Business Communicator with more than 15 years of experience in corporate communication plans, advertising and raising awareness for corporations with targeted audiences. She has worked with clients that range from independent business owners to multi-national corporations in the areas of public and investor relations, marketing, strategic planning as well as non-profit and community relations. She has co-directed and written for television, has been a columnist for the Calgary Herald as well as the Calgary Real Estate Board, and has worked in the role of Executive Director for a Business Revitalization Zone in Calgary.
