BlackLine GPS Sets Customers Free with New Pricing and Service Plans for GPS Snitch

BlackLine’s GPS Snitch gives consumers the power to protect their vehicle and track in real-time using the Internet, text message, and BlackBerry smartphone

CALGARY, AB - BlackLine GPS Inc. (“BlackLine”), a leading location-based services company, announced today a new list price and service plans for its GPS Snitch® vehicle security and real-time tracking product.

“We are pleased to announce new and exciting pricing for GPS Snitch and its service to provide more value to our current and future customers,” said Patrick Rousseau, President of BlackLine GPS. “Consumers will achieve more value with the elimination of tracking credits and expiry dates. Users will be free to interact with their GPS Snitch device as much as they wish without any additional cost above their monthly or yearly rate plan.”

Effective September 1, 2008, GPS Snitch will be priced at $299.99 MSRP.
Service plans will converge into a single, intuitive rate plan charged at $14.99/month or $169.99/year with the following features.

- Real-time tracking that returns locations of GPS Snitch in as quickly as 20 seconds

- Security functionality with instant notification of break-in and theft through email and SMS (text message)
- United States and Canadian wireless coverage
- No service contract
- Compatibility with BlackLine’s FREE and industry-leading Blip™ application for BlackBerry smartphones offers users an amazing mobile interface for GPS Snitch and additional self-contained geo-social networking experience
