Instant Safety Alerting
 

Loner Mobile notifies safety-monitoring personnel of situations that threaten the safety of your mobile workers. If a Safety Alert is triggered, this critical event is communicated to your monitoring personnel by the dedicated Loner Portal browser-based monitoring interface. It is also communicated to personnel who are not in front of their computer via email and text message (SMS).

Mobile Worker Check-in
 

Loner Mobile features a check-in process that monitors whether a mobile worker is present and alert. Checking in is as simple as removing the BlackBerry smartphone from its holster. If the mobile worker fails to check-in, LonerMobile sends a Missed Check-in Alert to safety-monitoring personnel.

If a mobile worker equipped with Loner Mobile encounters a situation where he/she feels threatened, help is an Emergency Button-press away. When the Emergency Button is pressed, an Emergency Button Alert is instantly triggered to monitoring staff.

GPS Location Publishing
  

Loner Mobile publishes its GPS location periodically according to a configurable timer. Locations are available within the Loner Portal Event History for interactive mapping.

Loner Portal Integration
  

Loner Portal provides safety-monitoring personnel with a convenient no-install web interface for monitoring LonerMobile devices in the field. LonerPortal includes features for real-time tracking, viewing device activity, and mapping of retrieved locations.
